Video Editor — Short-Form for a Female Creator Brand

We're hiring a Video Editor to become the right hand of our in-house female creator — someone who turns raw clips into content women actually stop scrolling to watch.

This is not a "cut the clips and ship it" job. We're building a content machine, and we want an editor who's genuinely fired up to grow with us, gets better with every edit, and wants this to be a real home — not a one-month gig.

This role supports:
• Short-form vertical content (primary)
• Affiliate marketing & brand-driven content

The Game We're Playing
We sell products by making content people genuinely want to watch, especially on TikTok Shop. Some of it runs organically as shoppable content; some of it runs as paid ads. Either way, good editing is what makes someone stop, watch, and buy.

It's a volume game. The more strong content we put out, the more we grow — and when we grow, everyone who helped build it grows too. Your edits don't disappear into a void. Think of every post as a seed: plant enough good ones and they turn into real revenue — for the brand, for the company, and for you.

That's the whole point. We win as a team, and we want a teammate who's hungry to win.

What We're Really Looking For (Read This Part Twice)
Skills can be taught. Drive can't. Before anything else, we want someone who:
• Is genuinely fired up to make great content — not just clock hours
• Believes they can produce high-quality work. And if you're not fully there yet — that's okay. We will train you. But you have to want it.
• Is coachable — takes feedback without ego and applies it to the very next edit
• Is ready to commit. We pour real time, training, and trust into our editors. So we're looking for someone who will commit back and build something long-term with us — not someone passing through.

What You'll Do
• Edit short-form videos in our brand style
• Turn organized B-roll plans and raw footage into scroll-stopping cuts
• Organizing files in Google Drive using our folder and naming structure
• Collaborate in ---------- for feedback, revisions, and approvals
• Keep your project status updated in Airtable as you work
• Learn our niche and audience — who they are and how they watch
• Follow our documented workflows and creative standards
• Apply feedback and get sharper with every single edit

• Strong storytelling instincts
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable communication and availability
• Comfortable working inside a structured, documented system
• Fired up, coachable, and ready to commit (see the section above — this matters most)

• Experience editing for female creators
• Familiar with wellness, fitness, or lifestyle niches
• Experience with affiliate or UGC-style content
• You genuinely enjoy systems, clarity, and repeatable workflows

Compensation
We pay hourly, and we keep it simple and fair.
How it works
• You're paid for the hours you work. Tell us your preferred hourly rate when you apply.
• Prefer a salary? Once you've proven out, we offer salaried arrangements — and the deal is straightforward: commit to your hours, consistently show up, and we pay your full contracted amount, even on a week you come up a little short. (If hours drop far below what we agreed, pay reflects the hours actually worked. Hit your commitment and you never have to think about it.)
Bonuses & extras
• We regularly add bonuses and extra pay onto paychecks for strong work. When you make us look good, we take care of you.
• We run team challenges and incentives — like "we need 100 assets this week, let's go" — with rewards for the crew that delivers. Fast, motivated editors earn more here, not just more hours.
You only ever get paid for real work — and strong, committed editors consistently earn above their base.

You do not need to be a branded-UGC master on day one. If you're coachable and hungry, we will get you there.
