Video Editor - Short Form Reels (Under 60s)

SHORT-FORM VIDEO EDITOR (REELS UNDER 60s) - FULL-TIME, LONG-TERM

We produce high-volume short-form content and we're
expanding our editing team. Hiring 3+ full-time editors now.

READ THE WHOLE POST. This is a full-time role. If you have another full-time
job or clients you can't drop, please don't apply - we need your full focus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll turn our scripts into finished reels using a clear, repeatable workflow:
1. We give you the script + image prompts
2. You generate images in Nano Banana Pro
3. You animate the images using our AI tool (we'll train you)
4. You assemble in Adobe Premiere Pro - cut to script, add captions, export the final reel.

Everything is documented. You get scripts, prompts, and step-by-step tutorials.
We don't need a creative director , we need someone who executes fast, follows
the system exactly, and ships clean, consistent reels.

TARGET OUTPUT: 6 finished + posted reels per day.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Real Adobe Premiere Pro experience (non-negotiable - show us your work)
- Fast, accurate editing: clean cuts, well-timed captions, good pacing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a system precisely
- A computer that runs Premiere smoothly + stable internet
- Good written English and responsiveness during working hours

NICE TO HAVE
- AI image/video tools experience (Nano Banana Pro, Google Veo)
- Short-form experience (TikTok / IG Reels / YT Shorts)
