Video Editor (Short-Form & Long-Form Content) — Remote, Full-Time

About Us
Migration Unity is an Australian immigration law firm helping skilled workers, families, and employers navigate the visa process. We're building a content engine across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn — and we need a skilled video editor to help us do it right.

The Role
You'll edit and produce video content across all four platforms, working closely with our team to take raw footage, voiceovers, and graphics and turn them into polished, platform-optimised content. This includes short-form Reels and TikToks (under 90 seconds) and longer YouTube and LinkedIn videos (5 to 20 minutes).
What You'll Be Doing

Editing short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok (hooks, captions, pacing, music, transitions)
Editing long-form content for YouTube and LinkedIn (intros, b-roll, graphics, chapter markers)
Adding subtitles, lower thirds, and motion graphics
Colour grading and audio cleanup
Maintaining consistent brand look and feel across all platforms
Organising and managing project files

What We're Looking For

Proven experience editing short-form and long-form video content
Strong understanding of what performs on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and take creative direction
Good communication in English
Available to work during Australian business hours (or significant overlap)

Portfolio Required
You must include a link to your portfolio or a cloud folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) showing examples of your work. Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered.
