GalaBid is an online fundraising platform that helps nonprofits and charities run auctions, raffles, donation campaigns, and ticket sales. We work with amazing organisations doing real good in the world — and we create video content to showcase their stories.
Our content is professional but warm — interview-style case studies and customer spotlights. Think clean, modern, and mission-driven.

The Role
We're looking for a reliable video editor to edit our interview and case study footage into short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. This is a casual, ongoing gig — not a one-off. If you're fast, communicative, and love short-form editing, we'd love to work with you long-term.

What You'll Do
• Edit 10–15 min raw interview footage into punchy 60s YouTube Shorts and 15–60s Reels/TikToks
• Apply clean cuts and good pacing — minimal, professional style (no heavy effects)
• Add text overlays and lower thirds where needed
• Export as MP4 ready to upload
• Turn around each video within 24–72 hours of receiving footage
• Volume: approximately 10–15 short clips per month

Time Commitment
This is a part-time casual role. We estimate 8–15 hours per month (roughly 2–4 hours per week depending on volume). Perfect as an ongoing side project alongside your other clients.

What We're Looking For
• 2+ years editing short-form content — YouTube Shorts, Reels, or TikTok
• Portfolio required — we need to see actual Shorts/Reels examples (links or files)
• Comfortable editing talking-head interview footage
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve — your choice
• Fast and reliable communicator via WhatsApp, Slack, or email
• If you say 48 hours, we mean 48 hours — consistency matters a lot to us

Bonus Points
• You've edited content that's hit 100k+ views
• Experience with nonprofit, charity, or cause-based content
• You proactively suggest better cuts or formats — not just follow a brief

Pay
$25–$30 USD per video, paid per delivery.
At 10–15 clips/month, that's approximately $300–$450/month. We pay via Wise, PayPal, or GCash — whichever works best for you. If it's a great fit, we're open to moving to a monthly retainer as volume grows.
