We are looking for a talented, fast, and creative Short-Form Video Editor to join our team and create high-converting Reels, TikToks, and Shorts for our clients.

The Role
We are looking for a video wizard who specializes in short-form content. You will be responsible for editing engaging, professional videos for our clients in the Home Services industry (HVAC, Garage Door, Plumbing, Roofing, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
Short-Form Editing: Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts from raw footage provided by our clients or team.

Engagement Optimization: Craft strong hooks within the first 3 seconds, optimize pacing, and use seamless transitions to maximize viewer retention.

Visual Enhancements: Add professional captions/subtitles (kinetic typography), sound effects (SFX), trending audio, and color grading.

B2C Local Marketing Focus: Understand how to highlight the "problem and solution" in home services to make the business look reliable and professional.

Batch Production: Work efficiently to maintain a consistent output of content for multiple clients simultaneously.

Requirements (Must-Haves)
Proven Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing successful short-form video work (Reels/TikToks) with engaging editing styles.

Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro.

Niche Understanding: Experience editing for local/home service businesses (HVAC, Garage Door, etc.) or B2C brands is a huge advantage.

Excellent English: High-level English is required to create accurate text overlays, captions, hooks, and to understand the context of the videos.

Creativity & Speed: Ability to work independently, brainstorm creative angles, and deliver edits under tight deadlines.
