Video Editor Position - Chakra School

I am looking for a long term video editor who wants to grow with me as we change the world together. You must be passionate about helping others grow, be great at what you do, and ready to work hard. I have many entrepreneur friends here in San Diego so I can help you grow your business as well! If you stay with me for 6 months and do good work, I will increase your payment for all tasks.

Tasks: Provide Editing for Videos for both Online Courses, Social Media, and Youtube.

Edits will include:
-Deleting bad takes from main clip and creating smooth transitions
-Minor Sound Touch Ups and Maximization/Denoising
-Minor Lighting Adjustments for best look
-Cut in / Cut out, good transitions
-Occasional use of B-Roll / Pictures / Animated Text to create AWESOME Engagement.
-Work with Google Drive for all Assets

When I Produce a Course you will be editing 15-30 Videos, Most Edits will be Simple.
-All Videos will be 2 - 6 Minutes Long
-Most Videos will be sent as One Take, so no need to intersperse multiple clips, just Polish, Remove any outtakes, optimize sound and lighting and add the logo sting on the end ( I provide this) and they are ready for export)
-2 - 3 Videos will be higher quality and sent with both an A and B angle and you will need to combine them for the best overall result.

Youtube/Social Media Editing -
-I will be sending you a Main Clip of me talking with a B Side Angle as Well, and you will need to find appropriate B-Roll and Animated Text to splice over the main clip to make things interesting. These videos must be designed to go Viral!

REQUIREMENTS -
-Must Work with Google Drive
-Must Complete an Initial Editing Test to See how your quality of work is
-Must ENJOY what you do - must love to make great looking videos that help people grow ( that’s what I do! )
-Must be a good communicator (12 hours or less response time for all communications)
-Be interested in your own personal growth -

If you would like to interview - I will send you a simple test project to be sure you are good at what you can do. If you complete the test, communicate well, and have the right attitude, I will hire you!
