I am looking for a talented video editor to create 80 dynamic ad creatives with different angles, concepts, and styles.
I need someone who understands how to build strong hooks, clean pacing, and high-retention editing for Meta and TikTok ads.

What you will do:
• Create 80 ad videos
• Build unique angles and concepts
• Add dynamic editing: cuts, captions, zooms, sound effects, etc.
• Bring your own creativity and ideas
• I will assist by giving directions, ideas, concepts, and scripts when needed

Requirements:
• Experience with TikTok/Meta ad editing
• Strong understanding of pacing and attention retention
• Creative and able to propose ideas
• Good communication and reliability
• Fast turnaround

Payment:
• 50% upfront
• 50%ter delivery
• Performance bonus if the ads perform very well

Test Required:
Before starting the 80 videos, you must complete one test video.
