About the Role
We're looking for a senior-level Video Editor who's also a sharp marketer — someone who doesn't just cut clean footage, but understands what makes a video sell. You'll be creating product and brand videos for our D2C/e-commerce brands, with the flexibility to work in your editing software of choice (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.) — we care about output quality, not the toolset.
We provide a solid creative workflow including a structured ad brief template (hooks, copy, visuals, sizing specs, variations) so you'll always have clear direction on each project, not a blank page.
A major plus: this role requires the ability to produce videos in multiple languages, so strong multilingual skills (editing, captions/subtitles, voiceover sourcing or adaptation) are important.
What You'll Do

Edit 20–30 product/marketing videos per month (volume flexes with brand activity)
Work from structured ad briefs (hooks, copy, visuals, sizes/variations) to produce on-brief, on-strategy videos
Apply a marketer's mindset pacing, hooks, CTAs, and messaging that drive conversions, not just polished visuals
Adapt and localize videos across multiple languages for different markets
Collaborate with our brand/marketing team to align videos with campaign goals
Stay current on e-commerce/D2C video trends (short-form, UGC-style, paid social ads, etc.)

What We're Looking For

Senior-level video editing experience, ideally with D2C/e-commerce or performance marketing content
Comfortable in any major editing software pick what helps you deliver quality fastest
Marketing instinct: understands hooks, retention, and what drives clicks/sales, not just aesthetics
Multilingual video production experience (editing/localizing for different languages)
Comfortable working from structured creative briefs and following brand/ad specs
Strong communication and ability to work independently, fully remote, part-time
