Video Editor/ Graphics

I'm looking for someone who can edit my YouTube videos- 8-12 a month. I can do the basic edit, but I need someone who can add the bells and whistles- sound, lower thirds, maybe basic animated titles, and even b-roll if you feel creative and you understand the feeling I'm going for! These are basic career instruction videos that are roughly edited down to about 5-11 minutes.
Also possibly helping create thumbnails, pins for Pinterest, etc. but it partially depends on how comfortable you are with those types of ---------- pending on time, I may also like you to help research video topics for the future.
