Video Editor & Graphic Designer (YouTube + Short Form Content)

Migrate Mate is looking for a talented Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our team. We create YouTube videos and short form content helping people navigate the U.S. visa process, and we're growing fast.
This is a remote role with flexible hours, but we move quickly and expect the same from you.
What you'll be doing

Editing long form YouTube videos (10 to 20 minutes) from raw footage to publish-ready
Creating short form content for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, clips, repurposed YouTube content)
Designing thumbnails, graphics, and on-screen text assets that are consistent with our brand
Taking initiative on edits without needing to be told what to do every step of the way
Communicating clearly and proactively via Slack

What we're looking for:

Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, and Photoshop
Strong graphic design skills, particularly in Canva
Excellent written and spoken English
Super high attention to detail. You catch things others miss.
Fast learner who picks up feedback quickly and applies it immediately
Quick turnaround. You respect deadlines and flag issues early.
Clear, professional communicator. No radio silence.

Compensation
$1,000/month, with opportunities for increases based on performance.
