We produce educational, inspiring, and high-performing content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — and we’re looking for a full-time Video Editor to join our growing media team.

? Role Overview
We need a creative, fast, and detail-oriented Video Editor who can create engaging short-form and long-form videos for our brand. This role is full time (40 hours per week) and not suitable for freelancers with multiple clients.

???? Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos (reels, TikToks, shorts) with clean cuts, captions, and hooks
Edit long-form videos for YouTube and podcasts
Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design, captions, and branding elements
Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips
Maintain consistent brand tone and visual style
Collaborate closely with our marketing and content team
Ensure fast turnarounds and organized file management

? Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
These qualifications are required and non-negotiable:
At least 2 years of professional video editing experience (required)
Strong portfolio showing short-form and long-form edits (required)
Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut
Experience editing for influencers, coaches, or real estate brands (required)
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement (required)
Excellent English comprehension (for understanding audio and context)

???? Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with motion graphics/After Effects
Background in social media content strategy
Knowledge of YouTube optimisation
Graphic design skills

Must be available for daily communication and fast revisions
Must not be working with other clients
