Video Editor - Email Management

Looking for a creative and organized assistant to help with short-form video editing and creator email management for a San Francisco-based content creator.

Content focuses on food, lifestyle, fitness, events, and day-in-the-life style videos across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Types of videos include:
Food reviews and restaurant features
Recipe and cooking content
Event and pop-up coverage
Fitness and wellness content
Vlogs/day-in-the-life videos
Talking-to-camera videos
“Things to do in SF” style content

Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Add captions, text overlays, music, and retention-focused edits
Repurpose content across platforms
Organize footage and content files
Manage and organize brand partnership emails
Track collaborations, deadlines, and follow-ups
Assist with creator communications and inbox management

Looking For Someone Who
Understands short-form social media content and trends
Has experience editing creator/influencer content
Is highly organized and communicative
Has strong attention to detail
Can match a conversational creator-style editing pace
Is reliable and able to meet deadlines

Bonus Skills
Experience with influencer marketing or creator management
Knowledge of TikTok/Instagram trends
Graphic design or thumbnail creation
Familiarity with Google Drive, Notion, ---------- , etc.
