JOB OVERVIEW

We're a DTC performance marketing agency managing paid social for multiple e-commerce brands. We need a Video Editor who understands that every cut is a conversion decision. You'll be editing UGC footage and short-form ad creatives for Meta and TikTok across multiple active client accounts.

This is not a one-off freelance role. You'll be embedded in a fast-moving team with daily tasks, weekly reviews, and real accountability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Edit short-form ad creatives for Meta (Reels) and TikTok across multiple client brands
- Cut and structure UGC footage into performance-ready ads with strong hooks, pacing, and CTAs
- Follow the internal QC checklist before every submission (brand alignment, hook strength, technical specs, platform formatting)
- Post daily sign-in and sign-out updates in Slack
- Track all tasks and revisions in ClickUp
- Deliver consistent output across 5 to 10 videos per week depending on client load
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and creative direction

MUST-HAVES:
- 1+ years editing DTC or paid social ad content (not just lifestyle video)
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or both
- Understands hooks, pacing, and why one version converts better than another
- Comfortable working across multiple clients and brands at the same time
- Reliable internet, dedicated workspace, and Hubstaff-trackable hours
- Strong async communication in English

NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with UGC-style native-feel ads
- Basic After Effects for motion or text animations
- Familiarity with Meta and TikTok ad spec requirements
- Has worked inside a DTC brand or marketing agency before
