JOB OVERVIEW

This is NOT a normal video editing job.

We are looking for someone who understands ecommerce creatives, ads, hooks, storytelling, and performance.

You are not just editing videos.
You are helping us create winning ads.

You will work directly with:

creative strategists
media buyers
graphic designers
brand managers

And together you will build ads for multiple ecommerce brands.

Your job includes:

Editing TikTok/Facebook ads
Creating fast-paced native-style creatives
Giving creative ideas
Helping with hooks & concepts
Sometimes helping with scripts
Improving videos based on performance feedback
Working together with the creative team daily

We want someone creative, fast, and hungry.

Someone who sees a video and instantly thinks:
“How can I make this perform better?”

Requirements:

Experience editing ecommerce ads
Must understand TikTok/Facebook style creatives
Must understand hooks, pacing, retention
Must work fast
Must be highly active on WhatsApp
Must communicate clearly
Must handle feedback professionally
Must think independently

Workload:

Around 40–50 videos per month
Full-time role
