Video Editor & Creative Assistant

We're looking for a Post-Production Expert to Help Oversee Editors & Keep Media Ops Flowing. This is not your average editor job. This is a hybrid role: We need someone with editing skills, but who can also help manage the day-to-day media operations.
Weekly Responsibilities:
Update project boards and manage deadlines.
Make creative calls and send revision notes to editors.
Step in and make high-level edits or fixes when needed.
Review & QC all videos and deliver me client ready content links.
Assist me with edits every once in a while.

QUALIFICATIONS (Must Haves)
Fluent English (spoken + written)
Expert-level video editing skills
Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audio
Comfortable working with and giving feedback/revision notes to other editors
Able to manage deadlines and stay organized
Availability for weekly consistent work (at least 15–20 hours to start)
Willing to grow with us long-term
Bonus:
Knowledge of social media formats (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, YouTube Longform)
Experience with branding, marketing or content strategy
Experience managing creative teams or overseeing other editors

COMPENSATION
This position will start as a part-time freelance role. We'll agree on a weekly or hourly rate during the trial phase based on your experience and availability.
Once training is complete and you’ve taken ownership of the workflow, we’ll negotiate a monthly salary or retainer for a long-term position with stable hours and consistent pay.
