JOB OVERVIEW

Summary
Video Editor + Ad Creative (Meta Ads | Long-Term)

We are seeking a creative video editor to produce high-converting ads from raw footage. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently without detailed briefs or scripts, delivering engaging content quickly. This role requires a strong understanding of video editing software and the ability to create visually appealing ads that capture audience attention.

This is a long-term role across multiple brands.

What You’ll Do
- Turn raw B-roll into short-form ads (9:16)
- Create multiple variations (hooks, angles, structures)
- Develop ad concepts independently (not just follow briefs)
- Use ChatGPT to support scripting and ideation
- Iterate based on feedback and performance

Important
- This is not an AI-generated content role
- You’ll primarily be working with real footage (B-roll, UGC, talking head)
- AI can be used to enhance (voiceovers, captions, ideation), but not replace editing

What We’re Looking For
- Strong Meta ad editing experience (not just “nice videos”)
- Understanding of hooks, pacing, and direct-response structure
- Ability to think creatively and work independently
- Comfortable using ChatGPT in your workflow
- Looking for long-term, ongoing work across multiple brands

Bonus
- Experience with AI voiceovers or tools (e.g. ElevenLabs, CapCut)
