Architect (Medior & Senior)

As part of our global growth strategy, we are expanding our operations in the Philippines and are seeking talented architects to build an international career while working remotely with world-class clients and project teams.

Employment Type: Independent contractor (initial) transitioning to Direct PH employment
Work Setup: Full-time remote

Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by experience level:

All Levels:
Prepare architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and details)
Develop and maintain Revit models
Update project documentation based on team feedback
Follow company BIM and documentation standards
Coordinate assigned tasks with project tea ---------- mbers

Medior & Senior:
Prepare complete architectural documentation independently
Develop and manage BIM models across the full project lifecycle
Coordinate solutions with structural and MEP disciplines
Participate in technical discussions and project coordination meetings
Maintain project quality and documentation consistency

Senior:
Lead architectural design and documentation processes
Review and supervise project deliverables produced by the team
Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project teams
Mentor junior and medior architects, providing guidance and feedback
Participate in client meetings and represent the team in technical discussions
Ensure project standards, quality benchmarks, and deadlines are met
Establish and maintain BIM modeling standards and documentation templates

Requirements
Requirements are cumulative. All candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
Strong professional ethics and attention to quality
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Willingness to learn and continuously develop professional skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work according to company standards and project requirements

Experience Levels:
Medior: 2–5 years of professional experience, with demonstrated independent work capability.
Requires: Strong Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD skills (intermediate to advanced), ability to produce and deliver project documentation independently, understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes, experience coordinating with structural and MEP disciplines.
Senior: 5+ years of professional experience, with project leadership and tea ---------- ntoring experience.
Requires: Advanced Autodesk Revit expertise (templates, standards, large model management), strong BIM coordination experience across disciplines, demonstrated experience leading project teams and documentation processes, experience reviewing, supervising, and approving deliverables, leadership, mentoring, and people development skills, excellent communication skills for client-facing and multidisciplinary coordination.
Note: For this hiring round, we are exclusively considering Medior and Senior candidates. Junior candidates are welcome to express interest for future openings once our Philippine team expands.

Onboarding & Employment Structure
During the initial months, candidates will work as independent contractors under a formal agreement with REMBOX's Israeli company. Upon the establishment of the local Philippine entity, contractors will transition to direct employment through REMBOX Philippines. This transition to local PH employment is a confirmed part of the onboarding plan.

Initial Interview: Background, experience, and fit assessment.
HR Interview: Profile, expectations, and company discussion.
Technical Interview: With a Professional Team Leader from the architectural discipline.
