About the Role:
We are an established, rapidly scaling 6-figure-a-month health and wellness e-commerce brand. Our growth is fueled entirely by cutting-edge, high-converting direct-response advertising. We move fast, test relentlessly, and lean heavily into the future of automated and AI-assisted creative production.
We are not looking for a traditional, slow-paced video editor. We are looking for an AI-enabled creative force who can merge standard video editing mastery with next-generation artificial intelligence workflows to pump out high-converting ads at scale.
IMP: Read Before Applying
Crucial Requirement: This is a hard filter. You must be an AI-enabled video editor. You will be required to use image, video, and voice generation tools to complete, iterate, and polish our video creatives. If you do not possess these skills or have no interest in mastering the AI creative stack, unfortunately, you are not the right fit for us.
What You Will Do
Produce Scroll-Stoppers: Edit high-performing Direct Response (DR) ads – Meta creatives that capture attention in the first 2 seconds.
Deploy the AI Stack: Generate realistic AI avatars, voiceovers, and create hyper-targeted B-roll assets using generative AI tools to build unique visual narratives.
Enhance Retention: Use advanced pacing, good typography, dynamic transitions, bit of sound design to keep viewers hooked through the entire video.
Your Technical Skillset
Core Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects, or CapCut Pro.
AI Generation: Deep familiarity with tools like HeyGen (for avatar generation), ElevenLabs (for voice cloning and text-to-speech), and Higgsfield (for asset and video generation).
E-com Direct Response: An understanding of consumer psychology, framing, pacing, and what makes a video convert into sales (not just look pretty).
Portfolio Requirements
To be considered, your portfolio must explicitly showcase:
Live E-com Ads: Proven examples of direct-response or user-generated content (UGC) style ads that you have edited.
AI Execution: Clear examples of how you have integrated AI tools (specifically realistic AI avatars, voice synthesis, or AI-generated visual environments) into a finished ad project.
Work Schedule & Availability
6-Day Work Week: This is a fast-paced role requiring consistent output from Monday through Saturday.
Sunday Off (With Flexibility): Sunday is your standard designated day off. However, because we run a high-volume e-commerce operation, you must be flexible. If there is a critical campaign launch, an urgent asset optimization, or a high-priority pivot, we may require you to jump in and work on a Sunday. (very rare but still)

CRUCIAL: Paid Trial Task
Do not apply if you are not ready to complete a small trial task. If your portfolio is strong and hits our benchmarks, you will be fully compensated for this trial. It will be a brief, targeted 10-to-20-second creative task to test your workflow alignment, speed, and AI tool execution.
