We produce hundreds of pieces of content every month and are looking for a video editor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands short-form storytelling.

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented editor to join our growing team. This role is focused primarily on editing short-form vertical content for platforms like Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
You will work closely with producers, social media managers, and leadership to turn raw footage into engaging content quickly and consistently.

Responsibilities
Edit short-form vertical videos (15–90 seconds)
Create engaging captions, motion graphics, and subtitles
Organize footage and project files efficiently
Follow brand guidelines for multiple clients
Turn around edits quickly while maintaining quality
Implement revisions and feedback efficiently
Maintain communication through Slack / Google Chat
Upload finalized exports to designated folders

Requirements
Experience editing short-form social media content
Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, retention editing, and storytelling

Proficient in:
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects (preferred)
CapCut (bonus)
Reliable internet connection
Strong English communication skills
Organized and deadline-driven

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:
Home service industries (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.)
High-volume editing environments
