We are a fast-growing ecommerce brand looking for a sharp, reliable video editor who can create high-converting short-form ads using raw footage, briefs, and modern AI tools.
You will be responsible for turning creative briefs into polished ad creatives for platforms like
What You’ll Do
- Edit 5 ad briefs per week into high-performing short-form ads, including UGC-style videos, talking-head ads, product demos, and direct-response creatives.
- Use AI tools such as Kling, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, and similar platforms to generate b-roll, voiceovers, avatars, product visuals, and full AI-assisted ads.
- Take raw footage, scripts, product clips, and creative direction and turn them into polished, scroll-stopping ads with strong hooks, clean pacing, subtitles, transitions, and clear calls to action.
- Work quickly, follow feedback well, and consistently deliver creatives on time.
What We’re Looking For
- You should have a strong portfolio of ecommerce or DTC ad creatives.
- You should be confident using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software, along with modern AI video tools.
- You need to understand what makes an ad perform: strong hooks, fast pacing, pattern interrupts, clear messaging, emotional triggers, and clean visual flow.
- You should be reliable, detail-oriented, fast with revisions, and fluent in English.
Compensation
The role pays $1,050/month base salary, with additional performance bonuses tied to winning ads.
