YouTube Video Editor (Long-Term Position)

We help real estate agents across the United States generate leads and grow their businesses through YouTube.

Our team handles content strategy, channel management, and video production for a growing roster of clients. We are looking for a reliable editor who wants to become part of a long-term team and grow alongside the company.

This is not a temporary freelance gig. We are looking for someone who values consistency, communication, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

- Edit long-form YouTube videos (typically 10-40 minutes)
- Source and incorporate b-roll when appropriate
- Add music, graphics, transitions, and sound effects
- Follow established editing guidelines and brand standards
- Upload completed projects for review
- Implement revisions and feedback (typically 1-2 rounds of revisions)
- Communicate project status and timelines with the team
- Meet or complete projects in advance of deadlines
- Attend monthly, paid tea ---------- etings

What We're Looking For

Required:
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience editing long-form YouTube videos
- Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to receive and implement feedback professionally
- Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to communication

Preferred
- Real estate content experience
- After Effects experience
- Motion graphics experience
- Understanding of YouTube audience retention and pacing

This position includes:
- Guaranteed monthly retainer
- Additional project-based compensation
