We're a team of marketers, designers, strategists, and storytellers who believe in collaboration, creativity, and data-driven decisions. We are now seeking a Video Editor (Short-Form & Long-Form Content) to join our team and help bring our clients’ content to life.

About the Role:

As our Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing both short-form and long-form video content for multiple client accounts across a variety of industries. Your main focus will be creating engaging, high-quality videos using footage and assets provided by our team.

You will primarily edit short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, while also assisting with long-form video projects such as YouTube videos, website headers, paid ad videos, branded content, and promotional videos.

If you love fast-paced editing, staying on top of video trends, and turning raw footage into polished, engaging content, this position is a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form social media videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts) using provided footage and assets.
• Edit long-form videos such as YouTube content, promotional videos, website headers, and branded content.
• Assemble clips, trim footage, and structure videos in a way that captures attention and keeps viewers engaged.
• Add captions, text overlays, transitions, music, and light effects to create polished and engaging videos.
• Repurpose long-form footage into short-form social media content.
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure each client’s videos match their tone, style, and messaging.
• Stay up to date with current social media video trends, styles, and formats.
• Work closely with our content and marketing team to ensure videos align with campaign goals.
• Deliver high-quality edited videos on time while managing multiple client projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience editing both short-form and long-form video content.
• Strong understanding of what makes short-form videos engaging and high-performing.
• Experience editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
• Ability to edit longer videos while maintaining pacing, structure, and viewer engagement.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction.
• Organized and able to manage multiple video projects at once.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and video formats (vertical video, hooks, pacing, captions, etc.).

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience working with a marketing agency or multiple client accounts.
• Experience editing YouTube videos or long-form branded content.
• Experience repurposing long-form videos into short-form clips.
• Basic motion graphics or light animation experience.
• Familiarity with current video and social media trends.
