CodeClassroom is an educational technology startup dedicated to creating high-quality, practical, and beginner-friendly online courses in software development. We are seeking a talented and motivated video editor to join our small, passionate team for a full-time, long-term role. (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)

About the Role
We are looking for a Video Editor who can manage our entire video production workflow, from raw audio to final video. This won't just require stitching raw footage together, but includes more of a content design role. Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Motion Graphics: Experience with basic motion graphics and text animation.
- English Fluency: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required for clear collaboration
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain color grading, audio leveling, and brand consistency across hundreds of videos.
- Reliable Setup: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and necessary hardware to handle 1080p and 4K video files.
- Strong Independence: This role requires a strong ability to get things done, even when directions given are not extremely clear. As this is a startup having the ability to work with directly with the founder is pivotal!

Bonuses to have:

- Strong leadership (suggesting and having your own opinion on how to edit or display an idea is pivotal)
- User focused (understanding of how to make content that draws users)
