Job Overview:

We are launching three AI-powered YouTube channels and are looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team. As our AI Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing 15–21 low effort long-form videos per week. This includes scriptwriting (AI) , video editing (using AI tools), and thumbnail design( could also be AI).

You will receive clear video ideas and direction from us—your job is to bring them to life with compelling storytelling, smooth edits, and scroll-stopping visuals.

Key Responsibilities:
Scriptwriting:

Turn provided video ideas into engaging, concise scripts
Maintain a consistent tone and voice for each channel

Video Creation:

Use AI tools (like Pictory, Runway, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, etc.) or editing software to produce 5–7 videos per channel per week
Include visuals, sound effects, AI voiceovers,
Ensure content is optimized for YouTube (titles, pacing, and formatting)

Thumbnail Design:

Design custom, eye-catching thumbnails for each video
Understand trends and strategies that increase CTR (click-through rates)


Requirements:

Proven experience creating YouTube or TikTok-style content (portfolio required)
Strong skills in scriptwriting and storytelling
Proficiency with AI video tools (or ability to learn quickly)
Basic graphic design ability (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or AI thumbnail tools)
Ability to deliver 15–21 videos per week reliably
Excellent time management and organization
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
Self-motivated with attention to quality and detail

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, tags)
Experience with multiple niches (e.g., business, entertainment, tech)
Knowledge of viral video trends and what drives engagement
Ability to iterate quickly and test different content strategies
