VIDEO EDITOR — Long-Form & Short-Form Content

Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time

THE ROLE
We run two growing brands in the business/entrepreneurship space and need a skilled video editor who thinks like a content creator. This is not a basic cut-and-export job. We want someone cinematic, creative, and proactive.
What you'll edit:

Long-form YouTube videos (10–30+ min) — cinematic, high-retention, professional
Short-form Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts cut from long-form content
Video ads with strong hooks and clear calls-to-action
Standalone short-form content you concept and cut on your own from raw footage


YOU MUST HAVE:

Experience editing long-form content
Experience editing short-form content
Styled captions (not default auto-captions)
A portfolio showing real work
