Versatile Virtual Assistant (Go High Level Funnels + Automations + Cold Calling)

We’re looking for a multi-skilled, full-time Virtual Assistant who knows their way around Go High Level and can help grow multiple online businesses in the cleaning, automation, and service space.

You must be comfortable with:

Building Funnels & Websites in Go High Level

Creating Automations (Workflows, Triggers, Email/SMS)

Basic API & Webhook familiarity

Managing contacts, calendars, and pipelines

Making outbound calls to set appointments (cold and warm leads)

Basic CRM cleanup and campaign follow-ups

This is not a one-dimensional job. We need a tech-savvy assistant who can jump from dialing to funnel building without hand-holding.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain landing pages and mini-sites in GHL

Set up automation workflows (email/SMS follow-ups, call reminders, etc.)

Launch reputation management campaigns

Assist with course uploads and membership area setup

Make 50–100 outbound calls/day to book appointments

Log all calls and update CRM

Run daily/weekly reports (Google Sheets or CRM exports)

Support with client onboarding processes

General virtual admin work as needed

Requirements:
Real experience inside Go High Level (please share your portfolio or client examples)

Able to speak fluent English with confidence (for calls)

Can work full-time (40 hrs/week)

Strong internet connection and work environment

Familiar with Zapier, Make.com, or similar is a big plus

Coachable, reliable, and fast-paced

Bonus: experience with Canva, ChatGPT, or social media tools

Schedule:
Monday–Friday

Flexible 8-hour shift between 8AM–8PM EST

Pay & Incentives:
Base Pay: $4.50 – $6.00/hour (based on skill and experience)

$10 bonus for every booked appointment

Pay raises after 90 days based on performance

End-of-month bonuses for hitting growth milestones

Long-term role with opportunity for growth into Team Leader, Systems Manager, or Project Manager roles
