Valuation Report Writer

We are a residential valuation practice seeking a full time VA to prepare draft valuation reports for clients using a range of data sources. The role requires efficiency and very high attention to detail, researching skills, fact finding and presenting the information within word, excel and pdf’s. Will need to analyse and schedule comparable evidence and build valuation report using existing company templates for review by our surveyors.
