Job Posting – VA Dispatcher / Virtual Dispatcher

Home Improvement Company – Texas, USA

A Home Improvement company based in Texas is looking for a VA-Dispatcher who is capable and willing to learn anything, handle anything, and commit to long-term work with real potential to grow into a management position within a few months.



Mandatory Requirements – No Exceptions

1. Native-level English
• Must speak fast, clear, confident English, with no stuttering or hesitation.
• Strong communication skills required.

2. Professional Work Equipment
• A new/strong computer
• Multiple monitors
• High-speed, stable internet
• Headset + noise-cancelling microphone

3. Full Availability
• Candidate must NOT have any other job.
• Must NOT have family or medical issues that could directly or indirectly affect work.

4. Proper Work Environment
• A quiet, dedicated room/office used only for work.
• No background noise, no interruptions.
• Must show in the video the distance from the road, because outside noise is a serious issue.

5. Attitude & Personality
• No arguments, no drama, no ego.
• No trying to “prove they are better” — only professionalism and teamwork.

6. Long-Term Commitment
• This is a long-term position.
• Top-performing candidates may move into a management role within a few months.



Work Hours
• Must work according to Texas (CST) timezone.
• Company operating hours: 7 AM – 11 PM CST
• Required: Minimum 10 hours per day, 6 days per week
• Optional (for those who want more hours):
• Up to 12 hours per day
• 7 days per week (not required, but recommended)



Salary
• First month: $300 USD
• After two months, salary will be reviewed based on:
• Performance
• Knowledge
• Ability to learn
• Work ethic
• Potential for management
• Salary can increase to $400–$800 USD per month during the first 6 months based on results.

• $300 for the first month
• Evaluation after 2 months
• Possible increase to $400–$800 based on performance and potential management role
