VIDEO EDITOR NEEDED – Testimonial Edit + Short-Form Clips (@CarsonCommerce)

Hey! I'm Carson Commerce — eBay reselling coach with 8.8k+ followers on Facebook and over $1M in eBay revenue. I have a 20-25 minute Loom video testimonial from one of my top clients who is making great money using my coaching program. I need a skilled video editor to make it look clean and professional.

HERE'S WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES:

1. LIGHT EDITING on the full 20-25 min testimonial video:
- Add background music (light, upbeat, non-distracting)
- Basic color correction / color grade to make it look polished
- Clean up any awkward pauses or dead air
- Add simple lower-third text overlays (name, title) if appropriate
- Make it visually appealing and professional — NOT over-produced

2. CUT 4 x SHORT-FORM CLIPS (approx. 30 seconds each):
- Pull the 4 most compelling, shareable ---------- nts from the testimonial
- Format for short-form content (vertical 9:16 preferred, or square 1:1)
- Add captions/subtitles to each clip
- Light color grade + music on each clip
- These will be posted on Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
- Experience editing testimonial or talking-head style videos
- Clean, minimal editing style — NOT flashy or over-edited
- Fast turnaround (within 48 hours of receiving the file)
- Fluent English communication
- Experience with short-form content editing is a big plus
