THE ROLE
========

We are looking for a fast, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce short-form video ads for paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other paid social placements. This is a high-volume editing role. You will work through large asset libraries, create multiple ad variations for testing, and complete revisions quickly. Speed matters, but quality matters too. We need someone who can deliver both without needing to be chased.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
================

* Edit short-form video ads for ecommerce and lead generation brands
* Review and organize large volumes of client assets to find the strongest footage
* Create ads using UGC, product footage, testimonials, founder footage, b-roll, AI-generated assets, voiceovers, and motion graphics
* Build multiple ad variations for A/B testing, including different hooks, CTAs, openings, pacing, formats, and creative angles
* Use AI tools to speed up production and generate assets, such as Runway, Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Descript, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools
* Add subtitles, text overlays, motion graphics, callouts, music, sound effects, and transitions
* Repurpose long-form content into short-form ads
* Export videos in multiple aspect ratios, including 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5
* Collaborate with strategists, media buyers, copywriters, and designers
* Follow creative briefs while also suggesting improvements to hooks, pacing, and structure
* Complete revisions quickly and professionally
* Keep project files organized
* Track your editing hours and manage your time effectively across multiple clients

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
=======================

* Strong experience editing performance ads for paid social
* A real understanding of what makes ads convert, including hooks, pacing, retention, problem-solution structure, social proof, and clear CTAs
* Fast and efficient editing skills while maintaining quality
* Experience creating ad variations for creative testing
* Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for video, voiceover, captions, and visual assets
* Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
* Strong attention to detail, including subtitle accuracy, audio levels, grammar, file naming, and export specs
* Ability to manage multiple brands, briefs, and deadlines at the same time
* Ability to take feedback well and turn around revisions quickly
* Strong organization with project files, asset folders, templates, and workflows

* Experience with ecommerce brands in beauty, health, wellness, supplements, fashion, home goods, or consumer products
* Understanding of direct response copywriting and ad psychology
* Experience with creative testing workflows for paid social
* Basic design skills for thumbnails or static ads

* Prior agency or high-volume production experience
