I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant to handle real estate dispositions. This role mainly involves organizing property and lead lists and marketing them via text and social media using a platform called Open Dispo
.

About the Platform:
Open Dispo
is built on Go High Level (GHL) — it includes automations and AI chatbots to streamline the process. The system does most of the heavy lifting, but I need someone who understands how to optimize and manage it effectively.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize lists of properties and leads.

Run text and social media marketing campaigns through Open Dispo
.

Utilize Go High Level automations to streamline dispositions.

Oversee chatbot responses and improve automation workflows.

Track and report campaign performance.

Requirements:

Experience with Go High Level is REQUIRED — if you don’t have hands-on GHL experience, please do not apply.
Strong understanding of AI chatbots and automation workflows.
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
Real estate or dispositions experience is a plus.
