Required Skills:
- Must have at least one (1) year experience working in a BPO company
(Voice Account, Sales Background a plus)
- Excellent English communication skills: Written and Spoken
- Appointment Setting
- Acclimate to work at night shifts
- Highly motivated, trustworthy and must have strong work ethics
- Positive attitude and is aspiring to grow
- Reliable and flexible is 100% a must!

Additional job Requirements:
systems
-atleast i3 and 4gb of ram or AMD equivalent
connectivity
- At least 25mbs LAN/Wired & at least 25mbs LAN/Wired(backup)
- Very reliable power and backup power if not in a big city
Tools
-Webcam or laptop camera & wired noise cancellation headphones(usb/jack type)

Job Details:
- Typically work during US Eastern Time Zone daytime hour
- Monday-Friday- 40-hour/week long term job (primary job, cannot have another employer)
- Pay: $3-4/hr plus 13th month + referral commission opportunity
- Paid 5 day training
- Tasked with calling, communicating, and qualifying home-owners that meet company criteria
- Pay raises at 6 and 12 months. Pay increase as company grows and responsibilities increase
