VA / Project Manager

I am a consultant with a small digital agency that offers design, development, and marketing services to small businesses. I also sell a few different products online.

I am looking for a virtual assistant (or two) that has good English skills and can help with various tasks for the different companies I run.

Tasks for the agency would include breaking down client requests into development tasks in Asana and checking the developer's work to be sure it is done correctly, posting client content to WordPress. Create and implement marketing for the agency itself. Knowledge of SEO is a plus. This position may also include some client interaction.

We also have community websites that require outreach to other companies to gather info to post to the sites. Some sites have ongoing requests and Google calendar events that need to get posted.

For our product sites, we are looking for help with posting content and coming up with new marketing strategies and outreach to various markets.

This position is currently a part time however it should grow into full time.
