VA (Part-Time, Video Content & Caption Review)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are a fast-growing social media video content agency working with clients across the U.S. We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our content workflow.

This is a part-time remote role (5 hours/day, Monday to Friday) during U.S. Pacific Time (Los Angeles, USA time zone) (9AM–2PM PST).


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
1. Caption Quality Control
• Review video subtitles/captions from editors
• Identify and correct spelling, grammar, or formatting errors
• Ensure captions match the spoken words precisely
2. Social Media Caption Writing
• Use ChatGPT (we’ll provide the process) to write compelling post captions for videos
3. Content Scheduling
• Schedule approved videos and captions on various platforms using our systems
• Follow a checklist-based posting process


WHO YOU ARE:
• Detail-oriented with native-level English reading & speaking
• Experienced in checking English grammar and subtitles
• Comfortable using Google Drive, ClickUp, Slack, and video platforms like ----------
• Reliable with a quiet workspace, strong internet, and functioning computer
• Able to follow complex instructions precisely
• Based in the Philippines and available during U.S. hours like mentioned above (PST)


HOURS & PAY:
• Schedule: 5 hours/day, Monday to Friday (9AM–2PM PST)
• Salary: $380 USD/month
• Payment: Bi-weekly (every 2 weeks)

• Watch all 3 videos. Each one contains at least 1 caption/subtitle error.
• Take notes of the timestamp(s), what the error is, and how to fix it.

Step 2: Complete the Google Form
• Go to this Google Form: ----------
• You will be asked to:
• List the errors (with timestamps) for each video
• Add a result link of your internet speed test following this Loom Video: ----------

• Upload a photo of your workspace (computer + visible screen with one video playing)
• Upload a minimum 2-minute video introduction:
• Speak fluently in English
• Mention your name, favorite color, hobbies, computer you use
• Mention the name Hunter
• End your video with the word “world”
