**Venture Context:**
We are a highly disciplined, process-driven private venture operating a "machine-like system" where human operators execute pre-defined protocols with absolute precision. We have a fully documented operational framework and are now seeking a high-caliber VA Operations Manager to command and control the daily execution of our established systems.

**Mission Mandate:**
Your primary mission is to serve as the **Operational Commander** for our team of specialized Virtual Assistants. You are the Operator's second-in-command, responsible for ensuring the entire operational team executes their missions with flawless, zero-defect precision. Your mandate is not to create new strategies, but to enforce the existing, codified doctrines and manage the human assets who run the system.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Team Management:** Directly manage and supervise a team of specialized VAs, including a Sourcing VA, a WordPress Production Assistant, a Digital Media Assistant, and a Campaign Logistics Coordinator.
* **System Oversight:** Serve as the primary point of contact for all VAs, ensuring they adhere to their specific workflows and Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs) as defined in their manuals.
* **Performance Management:** Conduct the venture's standardized **Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs)** with each VA, analyzing their performance against their established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and holding them accountable for results.
* **Project Coordination:** Manage the day-to-day flow of tasks within our Asana project management system, ensuring all deadlines are met and all teams are synchronized.
* **Reporting & Escalation:** Provide a single, consolidated weekly performance report to the Operator. You will handle all day-to-day operational issues and will only escalate the most critical, pre-defined risks (e.g., a "Medium Risk" TRAP) to the Operator.

* **Team Leadership & Management:** Demonstrable experience managing, motivating, and holding a remote team accountable for high performance.
* **Process & Systems Thinking:** A deep, innate understanding of how to manage and enforce complex, process-driven workflows.
