I am hiring a reliable Virtual Assistant to create 5 short-form videos per day for my Instagram and TikTok pages.

This is a simple, repeatable system. You will not need to come up with original ideas from scratch. Your job is to find strong reference videos and recreate them using my workflow.

Pay:
• $100/month to start
• 3-day paid trial first
• Trial pay: $15 total
• If your work is good and consistent, this can become long-term

Daily Responsibilities:
• Find high-performing reference videos in the AI monk / healing niche
• Send me the links to the videos you selected
• Recreate the videos using my system

Workflow:
1. Extract audio from the reference video
2. Upload audio into HeyGen
3. Use my Lin Chen avatar/image
4. Use voice mirror
5. Set movement preset to Calm and Composed
6. Generate the video

Editing in CapCut:
• Import video into CapCut
• Add auto captions (first preset)
• Capitalize the first letter of captions
• Keep captions clean and readable
• Remove CapCut watermark
• Remove or adjust CTA if it does not fit the page
• Export in high quality

Daily Deliverables:
• 5 finished vertical videos ready to post
• Links to all reference videos used
• Organized delivery every day

Requirements:
