VA Designer

Location: Remote – Philippines
Hours: Full-time, long-term role

We’re looking for a reliable and talented Virtual Design Assistant to join our growing custom-products team. We sell personalised items on Amazon, and you’ll be responsible for creating and editing designs based on customer requests. This is a long-term position with consistent work and a stable schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Open and edit existing design templates in Photoshop and Illustrator

Personalise artwork based on customer notes (names, colours, layout changes, simple graphic edits, etc.)

Prepare print-ready files following our internal guidelines

Work at a steady, efficient pace to meet daily design quotas

Communicate clearly in English with our UK team

Follow step-by-step instructions and maintain high attention to detail

Requirements

Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

Good level of written and spoken English

Fast learner with the ability to follow instructions accurately

Reliable computer and stable internet connection

Able to work UK daytime hours or overlap with UK time

Comfortable working on repetitive tasks while keeping quality high

Previous experience in print-on-demand or custom product design is a bonus
