Urgent - ERP Support Virtual Assistant (Inventory & Accounting)

We are looking for an experienced ERP Support Virtual Assistant with a strong background in inventory management, ERP systems, and accounting processes. This role will support daily operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, creating and managing SKUs, building Bills of Materials (BOMs), and ensuring data accuracy across our ERP platform.

Experience with Illumyfi is a strong advantage, but candidates with solid ERP experience from other systems are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
*Create and maintain product SKUs in the ERP system
*Build and update Bills of Materials (BOMs)
*Manage inventory transactions and stock movements
*Perform inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies
*Ensure accurate product, vendor, and inventory data within the ERP
*Support purchasing, receiving, and fulfillment workflows
*Assist with inventory forecasting and reporting
*Work closely with operations, warehouse, and accounting teams
*Generate inventory, purchasing, and financial reports as needed
*Help improve ERP processes and data accuracy
*Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
Requirements
*Minimum 3+ years of ERP experience
*Strong inventory management background
*Experience with SKU creation and product catalog management
*Experience creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs)
*Understanding of accounting fundamentals (AP, inventory valuation, reconciliations, costing)
*Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
*Excellent written and verbal English communication
Preferred Qualifications
*Experience with Illumyfi, NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, Acumatica, Fishbowl, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar ERP systems
*Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or inventory-heavy businesses
*Knowledge of inventory costing methods and warehouse operations
