UX/UI Expert

AquSag Technologies is hiring a UX/UI Expert for an active remote project.

What you will do:

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
3. Ensure all designs adhere to modern design principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
4. Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback, research insights, and user testing outcomes.
5. Advocate for the user at every stage, balancing aesthetics with usability to deliver delightful experiences.
6. Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices—especially in the AI and machine learning space.
7. Communicate ideas clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal form to technical and non-technical team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
2. Demonstrated mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and clarity.
4. Impeccable sense of aesthetics, with an eye for modern, clean, and accessible design.
5. Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and AI-focused teams.
6. Solid understanding of user-centered design processes and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience designing interfaces for AI or machine learning applications.
2. Background in conducting user research and usability testing in agile environments.
3. Portfolio showcasing innovative solutions for complex user flows and aesthetic excellence.

1. Pay: $15-$85 per hour, paid every two weeks directly to you
2. Location: Fully remote, work from anywhere
3. Hours: No fixed shifts. Minimum 20 hours per week. Work early morning, late night, weekends, whatever suits you.
4. Duration: Approximately 3 months, extendable based on performance
5. You can keep your current job and do this alongside it.
