UX/UI Designer - Figma Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative UX/UI Designer with deep expertise in Figma and a strong understanding of Ecommerce front-end development workflows. You will work with engineers internally and externally to refine designs which are brought to developers. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop information architecture guides, wireframes, prototypes and presentations that can communicate core features/functionality and product structure to stakeholders and technology team.
- Partner and collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and engineering team leads to create designs for product discovery and engineering sprints.
- Work with the Product Manager to conduct weekly stakeholder feedback sessions for product discovery and user journey mapping. Thoughtfully synthesise learnings to inform design decisions and share back with the core team.
- Maintain style libraries that are consistent across all product designs.
- Keep abreast of latest interactive technology, developments trends, and UX/UI best practices in the digital landscape, and evaluate suitability for the scope of work.

DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE

Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and experience working directly with customers.
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a portfolio of relevant work.

Experience with Figma (Experience with prototyping a plus).
Skills working in project management platforms such as Clickup and willingness to work as part of a self-organising team.
Experience as part of a cross-functional, agile development team is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Innovative and creative thinker.
