UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points using methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and storyboards to illustrate user insights.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and user experience.
• Translate business and user requirements into user flows and design artifacts.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs to improve the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the organization.
