We are looking for a UX Designer who truly understands how users behave — and how great design directly drives revenue.
This role is NOT about making things look pretty. It's about making things WORK.
---
WHO WE ARE
We are a performance-driven eCommerce team. Every design decision we make is measured by one question: Does it convert? We believe in data-backed design, clean user flows, and removing every possible barrier between a visitor and a purchase. UX at our company is a growth tool — not a decoration department.
---
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and optimize UX flows for eCommerce stores (product pages, PDPs, checkout, cart, landing pages)
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and propose testable, hypothesis-driven solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Conduct UX audits on existing stores and present actionable improvements
- Collaborate closely with our team to implement and A/B test design changes
- Stay current with eCommerce UX best practices, CRO frameworks, and buyer psychology
---
OUR UX PRINCIPLES (Read carefully — this defines how we work)
1. Function over aesthetics. A beautiful design that doesn't convert is a failed design. Every element must serve a purpose.
2. Less friction, more revenue. We remove every unnecessary click, scroll, and decision from the user's path to purchase.
3. Design for the user, not for yourself. We don't care if something looks clever. We care if it works for real customers.
4. Data is your compass. Gut feeling is a starting point — not a conclusion. We test, measure, and iterate.
5. Clarity beats creativity. If a user has to think twice, we've already lost them.
6. Mobile-first, always. The majority of eCommerce traffic is mobile. If it doesn't work perfectly on mobile, it doesn't ship.
7. Speed matters. Every second of load time costs conversions. Design must consider performance.
---
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong experience in UX design for eCommerce (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms)
- Solid understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and best practices
- Proficiency in Figma — you must be able to design and prototype natively in Figma
- Ability to think in user journeys, funnels, and behavioral patterns
- Knowledge of A/B testing concepts (Hotjar, Google Optimize, VWO, or similar tools is a plus)
- Strong eye for UX copy — microcopy, CTAs, and headlines that convert
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines
---
HOW TO APPLY — IMPORTANT: Applications without a video will NOT be considered.
To apply, you must submit a short video (2–5 minutes) in which you:
1. Walk us through at least one Figma UX design you created for an eCommerce context (product page, checkout, landing page, etc.)
2. Explain WHY you made specific design decisions — focus on conversion and user behavior, not aesthetics
3. If you don't have existing eCommerce projects: Pick any real online store, identify a UX/CRO problem on it, and show us how you would redesign or improve it in Figma. We are more interested in how you THINK than what you've already done.
Your video should demonstrate: clear thinking, knowledge of eCommerce UX, and a conversion-first mindset.
No video = no review. This is non-negotiable.

We look forward to meeting designers who design with purpose.
