A little about us first.
I'm Draye Redfern, and I run Redfern Media — a digital marketing agency based out of Dallas, Texas that's been doing this for nearly two decades. We've had the privilege of working with some incredible people — names from Shark Tank, bestselling authors like Dr. Benjamin Hardy (Personality Isn't Permanent, Who Not How) and Robin Sharma (The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari), and a whole lot of founders building things that actually matter. We're a lean, fast-moving team that takes the work seriously — and we're growing.
Right now, we need a web developer who can come in, get up to speed quickly, and help us build something great for a client that's gearing up for a major market launch.

What’s the Project?
You’ll be working with a growing digital marketing company on upcoming web projects across a variety of clients and campaigns. The focus is on building high-quality websites that are clean, fast, and conversion-focused — designed to support different audiences and business goals.
Projects will involve creating and optimizing web experiences that are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with modern marketing strategies.
This is a 3-month project-based engagement to start. If things go well — and we expect they will — there's a real path to something longer term."

What You'll Be Building
> A fully overhauled Webflow website — homepage, core pages, and audience-specific sections built for clarity and conversion
> Audience-specific landing pages — for consumer onboarding, partner recruitment, producer applications, and investor outreach
> Clean user flows and journey architecture — from first visit to the right next step, with as little friction as possible
> Strong CTA structure and conversion logic baked into every key page
> Mobile-first, fast-loading builds — no bloated code, no sluggish experiences
> Tracking and analytics integration — GA4, pixel setup, and the foundational infrastructure needed to actually measure what's working
> SEO and AEO foundation — proper structure, metadata, and technical SEO built in from the start, not bolted on after (a plus, not required)

A Note on Tech Stack
This project is primarily Webflow — so that needs to be your strong suit. But we want to be upfront: most of our other client work lives in WordPress (Elementor and Divi), and our funnel and landing page work runs through GoHighLevel. You don't need to be an expert in all three on day one, but familiarity matters. As this engagement grows — and as you potentially grow with us — you'll likely be touching all of them.

What We're Looking For

> 5–8+ years of web development experience, with Webflow as a genuine strength — not just something you've dabbled in
> Solid understanding of conversion-focused design and UX principles — you build pages that do something, not just look pretty
> Comfortable working across WordPress (Elementor & Divi) and ideally familiar with GoHighLevel
> You understand how a website fits into a broader marketing and sales funnel — not just how to build pages
> You can take a creative brief or a rough wireframe and move forward without needing constant check-ins
> Detail-oriented — broken links, inconsistent spacing, and slow load times bother you on a personal level
> You communicate clearly and can flag blockers early rather than going quiet
