UI/UX Designer (Remote)

Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating seamless and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and prototype user interfaces for website, mobile apps, and other digital products.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Maintain and update the design system and UI style guides.

Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours & Compensation
Remote position with flexible hours; availability for meetings in 05:00UTC preferred.
