About the Role

We’re hiring a full-time UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer to design and build modern, high-converting websites and mobile apps for a consumer finance brand.

Your first project will be to design and develop ---------- , a cash advance / short-term loan provider website. After that, you’ll continue building additional websites, landing pages, dashboards, and mobile apps as we scale.

This is a long-term role. We are not looking for freelancers who only design mockups — you must be able to execute end-to-end.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Designing AND developing:

Marketing websites

Landing pages

Web apps

Mobile apps (iOS / Android)


UI/UX:

Wireframes and user flows

High-fidelity designs

Design systems (colors, typography, components)


Development:

Responsive, mobile-first frontend builds

Clean, production-ready code

Working closely with backend developers (if applicable)

Iterating based on feedback and performance metrics

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)


Proven portfolio of live websites/apps you both designed AND built

Strong UI/UX fundamentals

Frontend development experience using one or more of:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

React / Next.js / Vue

Tailwind / modern CSS frameworks

Experience building responsive, mobile-first interfaces

Ability to work independently and own projects end-to-end


Nice to Have Experience in:

Fintech

Lending

Banking

SaaS platforms

Mobile app development experience:

React Native / Flutter

Experience working with APIs and authentication flows
