UI/UX Designer

We’re a London-based digital studio working with startups and growing businesses with also some internal projects. We need a talented junior UI/UX designer who can keep up with varied projects and tight timelines.

What you’ll do
- Design websites, dashboards, and mobile apps
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Adapt to different brand styles and industries

What we’re looking for
- Strong portfolio showing range across web and mobile projects
- Proficient in Figma or similar tools
- Self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding
- Good communication and quick turnaround on feedback
- Able to juggle multiple projects and switch contexts quickly
- Available for quick syncs when needed (within reasonable times)

Nice to have
- Graphic design skills (social media assets, branding, marketing materials)
