UGC Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

About Us:
We are an e-commerce brand looking for a UGC (User-Generated Content) Manager to help us scale our content strategy. Our team is fast-paced, creative, and passionate about building brands that connect with audiences worldwide.

Role Overview:
The UGC Manager will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and optimizing user-generated content from creators. You will oversee outreach, coordination, and performance tracking of UGC campaigns to ensure content aligns with our brand voice and drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, recruit, and manage UGC creators/influencers for content collaborations.

Oversee the UGC production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

Develop content briefs and guidelines that align with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.

Manage and organize UGC assets for use across ads, social media, and website.

Analyze performance of UGC campaigns and suggest improvements.

Stay updated on UGC and social media trends to bring fresh ideas.

Qualifications:

Experience in influencer/UGC management, social media, or content creation.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Basic understanding of paid ads and how UGC is leveraged in marketing.

Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and other short-form content platforms.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
