Twilio Developer (Softphone / VoIP)

We need an experienced Twilio Developer to build and maintain a browser-based softphone. This is not an entry-level role — you must have done this before and be able to build into our current saas platform.


Requirements


Proven experience building a softphone with Twilio Voice JavaScript SDK (be ready to show examples)
Strong knowledge of Twilio Voice, TwiML, Twilio Functions, and Twilio Studio
Backend development in Node.js (preferred), Python, or PHP
Solid understanding of WebRTC, SIP, and VoIP fundamentals
REST API and webhook development experience
Able to debug call flow and connectivity issues independently


Nice to Have


Twilio Flex / TaskRouter experience
CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
Twilio SMS, WhatsApp, or Conversations channels
