We are seeking a Go High Level (GHL) expert to join our team as an Implementation & Support Specialist for a growing white-label SaaS platform. This role involves working directly with new clients to get them successfully onboarded, integrated, and supported long-term.

About the Role:

This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you will:
• Implement our software for new clients, including CRM integration and workflow customization to match their unique business needs.
• Customize automations, pipelines, email/SMS campaigns, and dashboards to ensure clients are set up for success.
• Troubleshoot and support client issues, providing ongoing technical support, strategy guidance, and customer success assistance.
• Work closely with our onboarding team to ensure smooth handoffs and high customer satisfaction.
• Earn recurring revenue for every client you onboard and continue to support.

Who You Are:
• Experienced with Go High Level (GHL) – minimum 1-2 years of hands-on implementation experience
• Able to integrate GHL with existing CRMs, tools, and APIs
• Comfortable creating custom workflows, automation, triggers, funnels, etc.
• Tech-savvy and client-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized and proactive – you follow up, follow through, and take initiative
• Able to start training next week

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with white-label SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing automation
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Calendly, Stripe, Twilio, and Mailgun
