Title: AI Cinematic Video Editor — Ultra-Realistic, Short-Form Content

About the role:
We produce high-volume short-form video that needs to feel real, not "obviously AI." Looking for an editor who combines AI generation with professional finishing to create cinematic, scroll-stopping content with consistent characters and natural motion.

What you'll do:


Generate and edit ultra-realistic AI video for ads and social
Maintain facial, body, and scene consistency across a full piece
Produce short-form content optimized for retention and shareability
Combine AI generation with professional finishing and sound


You're a fit if you have:


Proficiency with current AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Higgsfield/Seedance, Luma, Veo/Flow, HeyGen — name what you use)
Professional editing (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci, and/or CapCut)
A strong eye for realism: lighting, motion, pacing, consistency
A portfolio proving your AI content looks real, not robotic


Nice to have: ElevenLabs voiceover, UGC ad experience, fashion/lifestyle content, before/after AI cleanup examples.

Hours: Per-project or ongoing; volume-based.
